Is the Expo free?
Yes. Admission to the South Carolina Veterans Expo is free, and visitors do not need to register.
When and where is the 2027 Expo?
Saturday, May 8, 2027, from 11 AM to 3 PM at the Moore Building, South Carolina State Fairgrounds, 1200 Rosewood Drive in Columbia.
Who should attend?
Veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, military families, caregivers, survivors, employers, students, resource providers, and community supporters are welcome.
Is parking free?
Final 2027 parking guidance has not yet been published. The Attend page will be updated when parking and entrance details are confirmed.
Do I need to register?
No. There is no visitor registration or RSVP. Come during event hours and enter free.
How can an organization become a vendor?
Use the Vendors page to request information. Participation is reviewed and confirmed by the Expo team based on fit, capacity, and event needs.
How do sponsors get involved?
Use the Sponsors page to describe your goals and interests. The team will follow up with current opportunities and fulfillment options.
How are resource listings reviewed?
Resource submissions enter a review queue and do not publish automatically. Visitors should still confirm current services, eligibility, and hours directly with each organization.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the Contact page and choose Resource correction. Include the listing name, the issue, and a reliable source when possible.
Where can I find 2026 information?
The 2026 Archive preserves prior organizations and programming without presenting them as confirmed for 2027.
